Rob Enayati is the managing attorney of Bel Air Law Firm, P.C., a premier boutique corporate law firm representing specialty finance companies, investment advisors, and other financial institutions in a wide array of commercial transactions, such as structuring and negotiating asset-based loan facilities collateralized by pools of small business loans, factored receivables and merchant cash advances, consumer loans, auto warranty contracts, patents and licensing rights, mortgage loans and SFR properties, non-performing loans, microloans in emerging markets, structured settlements, and other pools of homogenous or semi-homogenous collateral assets. Previously, Rob was the first general counsel of an alternative credit fund based in Los Angeles where he lead the foreclosure of two fintech companies:  a small business lender and a point-of-sale consumer lender.  Prior to his role as general counsel, Rob practiced in the New York, Hong Kong and Los Angeles offices of large international law firms, each of which are consistently ranked among the top 10 most prestigious firms in the United States. Rob received his law degree from Georgetown University and obtained a bachelor of arts in Rhetoric from UC Berkeley.  He served as law clerk to the Honorable Richard Neiter of the United States Bankruptcy Court in the Central District of California.  Rob is admitted to practice in New York and California.
