Hotel Accommodations

All participants are highly encouraged to stay at the venue hotel which is the Omni Nashville Hotel .  We have a group rate of $339++ per night.  To make your reservation at the group rate, please complete your online registration and choose the appropriate rooming option during the process.  You must use this process to book at the event venue.  We encourage all participants to make your reservations as soon as possible to secure your place as we anticipate the room block will sell out quickly.  All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card.
