LEND360 Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be sent in writing by email to info@LEND360.org. Your cancellation will not be effective until it is acknowledged by return email from the LEND360 team. Registration fees will be refunded in full, minus a $100 processing fee, provided the written cancellation is received and confirmed no later than Tuesday, September 14th. No refunds for registration fees will be available after Tuesday, September 14th. However, the name on the registration can be changed from the time of registration until the state of the event for no additional fee.

LEND360 will make every effort to implement an in-person experience in Dallas for attendees. Federal, state, and local restrictions may impede on our plans to meet in-person. LEND360 reserves the right to shift the event to a fully virtual experience. Should that happen, those who registered for in-person attendance will have their registrations automatically transferred over to virtual registrations and will have the difference in price (or balance) applied as a credit to their 2022 LEND360 registration. Please note that no refunds of registration fees will be issued should the event be forced to change from hybrid to fully virtual.

Should LEND360 be postponed, registrants will have their registrations automatically transferred over to the new dates. Should the registrant no longer be able to attend on the new dates, their registration fees will apply as credit to 2022 registration. Please note that no refunds of registration fees will be issued should the event be postponed.

LEND360 also reserves the right to cancel this event completely. Should the event be cancelled, LEND360 will issue full registration fee refunds to all registrants.
