James serves as Chief Operating and Revenue Officer overseeing firm strategy and operations, in addition to marketing, sales and business development. James brings deep, high-level experience in the FinTech space, having led marketing and sales at CAN Capital, one of the pioneers in the small business lending industry. He was part of the team that launched the Capital One brand and the “What’s In Your Wallet” campaign, and had senior roles in marketing and corporate strategy. As a consultant with McKinsey & Company, he advised financial services clients on brand and marketing strategy, digital transformation, and customer experience topics.
